Did you get your f.r.e.e menu planner?
My suggestion is to print 4 at a time (I print them at half size so I can get two on a standard A4 page) and if you have a certain meal (Friday night burgers/ pizza, etc.) every week, put those in.
Then check your pantry and freezer to see if you can use up anything.
And only then make your grocery list for the week ahead.
