{31 days of enough time} Eat that frog

I thought it would be remiss of me to write a whole series on having enough time without sharing with you some of my favourite Time Management books.

Please note – I can share many, many more great books but when I made my list, these were the first 4 that popped into my mind. I do think I need to make this a regular feature, especially since there are a ton of new ones I’m working through too.

Right.

Brian Tracy’s Eat That Frog! from SmarterComics is a short book but it’s so powerful. The sub-title is 21 great ways to stop procrastinating and get more done in less time.

Interesting fact – I had this book on my to-buy list and I already had this book Goals!: How to Get Everything You Want — Faster Than You Ever Thought Possible book but Exclusives didn’t stock this one (they do now – I saw it there a few weeks ago with a nice, new red cover) at the time (8 years ago).

Then we went on holiday to Malaysia and one day, Dion wasn’t feeling well so was resting in the hotel room and I went shopping and found this book at a local bookshop.

So now I’m the proud owner of a souvenir and one of my favourite time books of all time 🙂

I’m really bad at reviews but one thing I can say is this – I still refer back to this book regularly and it’s one I will never declutter from my bookshelf.

Those of you who know my system (I only keep 8, 9 and 10 out of 10 books) will understand that this is a great book.

Let me know if you like it as much as I do!

What’s your favourite time management book?

  1. I’m such a fan of this book too! I only read it recently and picked out some of my favourite points on the blog:

I’m really enjoying your 31 days and looking forward to reading more 🙂

  2. Erm. YOURS! I have attempted to read some others but I just kind of got bored of the same formulaic advice. A lot of the time-management authors work on a “one-size-fits-all” approach. I am not part of the “one-size-fits-all” group!

HA! I love that – thank you! I’m definitely not a one-size-fits-all person.
